HOW DO I ENQUIRE OR PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

As a general rule, we recommend four to six weeks notice. We cannot guarantee, however, that this timeframe will secure you a spot. The sooner you place an order, the better! For any any last minute orders, please call us at 619-394-4912.

 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we do!  Please send us an email at hello@nakedcakefarm.com to speak more.

 

DO YOU HAVE A SHOPFRONT THAT I CAN VISIT?

Not at this time! Our space is located in El Cajon, so if you're interested in arranging a meeting, please contact us!

 

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

 Yes we do! If you are unable to pick up your order in El Cajon, we do provide a delivery service. Please enquire for pricing by emailing us at hello@nakedcakefarm.com.

 

DO YOU OFFER NUT, GLUTEN AND DAIRY-FREE OPTIONS?

Yes we do! While our cakes are prepared in a kitchen where the equipment, at some point, has come into contact with nut/gluten/dairy, our recipes can accomodate most dietary restrictions. 

 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CAKES/CUPCAKES?

Keep you cake cool and refrigerated at all times, and avoid placing in direct sunlight. We recommend removing your cake from the fridge approximately 1 hour prior to consumption. It is best served at room temperature.

 

HOW SHOULD I TRANSPORT MY CAKE?

Keep the cake box on the floor of your car and make sure the air conditioning is on. Before transporting, please ensure the cake is well refrigerated.

 

WHAT IF I AM AFTER A FLAVOR THAT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

At Naked Cake Farm, we love to experiment. Please let us know if you are after a flavor that is not listed on our website and we will try our best to help you out!
